EMS trolley recieves bobbins
1. EMS trolley moves along the monorail to the designated position with modul frame,doffer transfers bobbins from storage rack to modul frame,then EMS trolley transports bobbins and modul frame to the next location.
Quality inspection
2. EMS trolley transports bobbins and modul frame to inspection area and completes processes such as weighing, laser marking, and appearance inspection.
Temporary storage in warehouse
3. EMS trolley transports bobbins and modul frame to warehouse and stores them.
4. EMS trolley transports bobbins and modul frame to the packaging area,then robot grabs the bobbins from modul frame.
